run smarter, more effective digital campaigns.

Maya Hutchinson, Founder and CEO 
Maya is a data-driven marketer with roots in Democratic politics. She started her career on the digital team of President Obama’s re-election campaign and continued to work at the intersection of tech and politics. She helped build the European market for NationBuilder, the first community organizing software supporting candidates, parties and campaigns across the EU. She then took these data-driven tools and insights on successful campaigns and helped launch the analytics, polling and paid advertising division of DKC, one of the largest independently owned public relations and communications agencies. There she worked with consumer and technology brands including Uber, Honest Company, Health Ade and OpenTable. She brought these learnings back to campaigns for the 2020 election working with Bloomberg, the DNCC and the Amy McGrath campaign. She launched her own marketing firm in 2020 working with clients across technology, progressive politics and NGOs. She graduated from Northwestern University and holds an MBA from NYU Stern.
Henry Cyranka, AI and Data-Science Partner 
Henry has almost 10 years of experience in Data Science and Analytics, working on different positions across academia, political campaigns, and the private sector. After obtaining his degree at the University of Chicago, he moved to Washington, DC where he worked for the AFL-CIO in the 2014 election. Subsequently, he held a few other positions within the progressive data space. In 2016, he moved to NYC, and volunteered at the Hillary Clinton Campaign for a few months. In NYC, he also helped to build the technical capabilities of DKC’s analytics, polling and paid advertising division. After spending a few years in the advertising world, he joined Horizon Media, where he built many of the modeling, targeting, and audience development capabilities for a major media buying campaign for one of the biggest food manufacturers in the world. He then served as a Senior Data Scientist at Spotify and is currently a Lead Decision Scientist and Data Science Manager at CVS.
